UPDATE: Either running compatibility mode with Windows XP fixed the issue or a gm fixed the issue via support ticket, both happened simultaneously I believe so it's hard to determine. Going on 4th day of not being able to play with this account, would like some feedback/help or someone to respond to my support ticket(s).
